N-BK7 (CDGM H-K9L)

N-BK7 (CDGM H-K9L)

N-BK7 is a borosilicate crown glass, it is probably the most common optical glass used in high-quality optical components. N-BK7 is a hard glass that can withstand a variety of physical and chemical stressors. It is relatively scratch and chemical resistant. It also has a low bubble and inclusion content, making it a useful glass for precision lenses.

CDGM H-K9L is the Chinese equivalent material of N-BK7, we default to use CDGM H-K9L to substitute N-BK7 material, it is low-cost optical glass.

These plots of the reflectance show that each sample of our four dielectric coatings for the different spectral ranges is highly reflective. Due to variations in each run, this recommended spectral range is narrower than the actual range over which the optic will be highly reflective.<br/>
For applications that require a mirror which bridges the spectral range between two dielectric coatings, please consider a metallic mirror.
